· Based on our discussions to this point what questions/comments/recommendations do you have?

6:15-6:45 Prioritize essential program components
· Within your small group, rank order the essential program components
o Place a number one by the essential component your group feels is most important, number two at the next most important and so on
o Share your priorities with the group

6:45-7:15 Based on the collective prioritized list of program components, identify where Leadership Birmingham can contribute their expertise
· Discuss in your small group
· Share with the large group
